Velindre University NHS Trust
Velindre University NHS Trust has a Headquarters at Parc Nantgarw in Cardiff. The Trust provides specialist cancer and blood services for people across Wales through Velindre Cancer Centre https://velindre.nhs.wales/velindrecc/ and the Welsh Blood Service https://www.welsh-blood.org.uk/ The successful candidate will therefore be required to travel, although a significant number of other meetings and Board related events will be held at their main sites in Nantgarw, Cardiff and Talbot Green. It may be necessary to stay overnight on some occasions.

Welsh language requirements

3 - Although Welsh language skills are not essential for this post, they would be an asset. This role is a Welsh language skills desirable role.
1 - Can read some basic words and phrases with understanding
3 - Can converse in some work-related conversations
3 - Can understand routine work-related conversations
1 - Can write basic messages on everyday topics
